STRENGTH & MOVEMENT CLASSES
Vinyasa: Flow & Balance
A breath-paced yoga practice that links movement together in flowing sequences. Build balance, flexibility, strength and body awareness while moving through a dynamic, full-body practice. Expect a traditional vinyasa-style class with options to make the practice your own.
Yogalates: Core, Stability & Flexibility
A balanced blend of yoga and Pilates focused on controlled movement, core strength, stability and flexibility. Using resistance bands and Pilates balls, you’ll strengthen and stabilize the body while incorporating yoga-based movement and stretching. No dumbbells are used, and the pace is more controlled than Power Yogalates.
Yoga & Weights: Strength + Stability
A workout-focused class combining yoga poses and flowing movement with dedicated blocks of weighted strength training. Using light and medium dumbbells, you’ll alternate between yoga-based sequences and resistance exercises targeting the upper body, lower body and core. Build full-body strength while improving stability, balance and functional movement. Expect a challenging workout with options to adjust weight and intensity.
Flow & Sculpt: Strength & Endurance
Our highest-energy class, combining flowing yoga-inspired movement with sculpting exercises, strength work and cardio bursts. Expect a faster pace and continuous movement designed to build muscular endurance, stamina and cardiovascular fitness while challenging the entire body.
Power Yogalates: Strength & Core
An athletic fusion of yoga and Pilates with an emphasis on core strength, resistance and full-body conditioning. Using resistance bands, Pilates balls and light dumbbells, you’ll move through dynamic yoga and Pilates-inspired exercises designed to challenge strength, stability and control.
GENTLE CLASSES
Gentle Yoga: Stretch & Release
A beginner-friendly, slower-paced yoga class focused on improving flexibility and releasing everyday tension. Gentle movement and accessible stretches help loosen tight muscles, improve range of motion and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. No prior yoga experience is needed.
Deep Myofascial Stretch & Stress Relief
A slower, deeper practice focused on releasing muscular and fascial tension through longer-held stretches and myofascial techniques. Improve flexibility and range of motion while giving the body and nervous system time to slow down, release tension and recover. Ideal for active bodies as well as anyone dealing with everyday tightness and stress.
Chair Yoga: Flexibility & Balance
An accessible yoga class using a chair for seated and supported standing movements. Improve flexibility, balance, range of motion and functional strength in a supportive format that can be adapted for a variety of abilities. Great for beginners, older adults or anyone looking for a more accessible yoga practice.

What should I expect at my first class?
You may feel nervous at first and that is okay! You should expect a combination of new breathing practices and a series of movement through poses. You may feel a little uncomfortable as you are learning these new things, especially if others in the class seem to already know them. The instructor may offer adjustments verbally or physically, if you are comfortable with that. You will end with Savassana or corpse pose, laying there for several minutes. This can feel odd at first, but you will hopefully grow to love it over time. You may be offered a warm or cool towel with an essential oil blend on it. You may lay this across your face and relax into the scent if you choose to. You will hopefully leave class with a deep relaxation and be glad you came. Expect to be sore after your first class.
