GENTLE CLASSES

​STRETCH & RELEASEA slow, stretch-bases class that releases tight muscles, and eases post-work tension. Ideal for desk workers, weight-lifters, and those on their feet all day who need tissue relief and recovery.

DEEP MYOFASCIAL & STRESS RELIEF: A slow, myofascial-focused class using longer holds and intentional breath to release deep tension, unwind stress, and restore ease throughout the body. Especially beneficial for runners and cyclists who need hip opening, lower-body recovery, and support for repetitive-strain relief.

CHAIR-SUPPORTED MOVEMENT: With the chair as a stable base, explore gentle stretching, breath work, and pain-friendly movement for those navigating chronic pain, limited mobility, or rebuilding confidence after injury or surgery.

STRENGTH & MOVEMENT CLASSES

​THERAPEUTIC MOVEMENT & PAIN RELIEF: A movement-focused class that reduces pain, improves range of motion, and restores ease in the body. Great for active adults, golfers & pickleball players who want smoother rotation, better hip and shoulder function, and comfortable long-term movement.

STRENGTH FOUNDATIONS: A 45-minute class using lights weights (bring your own) and functional training to build stability, joint support, and long-term resilience. Designed for anyone wanting pain-smart strength that supports daily activity, active lifestyles, and athletic performance.

What are the benefits of classes?​

What should I expect at my first class?

You may feel nervous at first and that is okay! You should expect a combination of new breathing practices and a series of movement through poses. You may feel a little uncomfortable as you are learning these new things, especially if others in the class seem to already know them. The instructor may offer adjustments verbally or physically, if you are comfortable with that. You will end with Savassana or corpse pose, laying there for several minutes. This can feel odd at first, but you will hopefully grow to love it over time. You may be offered a warm or cool towel with an essential oil blend on it. You may lay this across your face and relax into the scent if you choose to. You will hopefully leave class with a deep relaxation and be glad you came. Expect to be sore after your first class.

How often should I practice?

It is the most beneficial to practice at least 3 times a week, but some people will choose to practice daily. Listen to your body and find what best works for you.
