Absolutely! Massage and Yoga are both great practices to reduce stress and benefit both mental and physical health. Massage can help deepen your yoga practice. Yoga will help maintain the body's alignment following a massage. Its a win-win!
WHAT STYLES OF YOGA DOES ZENFUL U OFFER?
Here at Zenful U, we are focused on form. If you are looking for more of a workout, try our "All Levels Flow" designed to keep things moving and welcomes everyone, no matter where you are in your practice. We also offer an "Easy Flow" for those who need a slower approach. Our unique "Yin Fusion", starts with vinyasa movement, then transitions into a slower style to focus on relaxation and deep stretching. The “Yin” class focuses on flexibility and relieving pain through myofascial release, this is a slower style where you relax into poses and hold for several minutes. Yin is a great class to quiet your mind and body.

All of yoga is designed to bring balance to your entire being. Regular practice has been known to increased flexibility, muscle strength and tone; as well as, balance metabolism and reduce weight. It may also improve respiration, energy and vitality, improve athletic performance and help prevent injury.
